For many years we have been working in close partnership with Pouenat, an iconic French design and metalworks brand with a similar philosophy, renowned for its artistic craftsmanship in metalworks, particularly wrought iron. As a natural and obvious next step in our long-standing relationship we set out together in order to create a new collection of bespoke lighting and furniture.
O&A London’s new lighting collection perfectly reflects this brand philosophy. We believe in the harmonious co-existence of humankind with all other parts of nature. By combining the latest technology with ideas gathered from the basic laws of nature we create sustainable pieces that speak the voice of nature itself.
The gently curved elongated shape of the AVENA PENDANT, reminiscent of dew drops on blades of grass, makes this pendant a beautiful statement piece for a dining area.
Elegant, simple and yet sophisticated – AVENA WALL LIGHT delicately accentuates the space by casting soft light on the wall. The beautiful combination of the materials – a brass ‘stem’ and artisanal glass imitating the shape and texture of droplets – makes this lighting fixture appear solid and fragile at the same time
Anna Agapova: “The inspiration for the collection came to me at dawn – that magical time of the day when the silence of a beautiful garden brings calm and harmony and invites you to contemplate. I was sitting outside in the freshness of an early morning, seeing the grass shimmer with the morning dew – a sure sign that a new day was about to begin. There really is something so special about these early mornings and I wanted to capture the unforgettable experience of that particular moment in the tactile and visual character of this design”.
Our lighting collection is all about a uniquely rounded approach in which both style and structure co-exist happily in every single detail. All pieces are suitable for minimalist as well as classical interiors, due to their harmonious proportions and the high standards of engineering and construction guarded in the design.
The Avena collection was presented at PAD London 2022.
The HORAS table is inspired by the passage of time. The marble countertop with the round metal platform in the centre resembles the face of a clock and the shape of the metal legs remind us of hourglasses. Our mission is not simply to design a table but to create a piece of furniture that stands the test of time. Timeless design is behind our brand philosophy and it was the inspiration for this table.
The Horas table was presented at Deco Off 2024.

The International Design and Architecture Awards
From our O&A London furniture and lighting collection were shortlisted: the MEISSA chandelier, PICTOR II armchair and ALNILAM sofa.
FX International Interior Design Award
From the O&A London lighting collection created by architect Oleg Klodt and designer Anna Agapova, the MEISSA chandelier has been shortlisted in nomination the Best Lighting Product.
National Award Best Interior
O&A London project won Grand Prix at National Award «Best Interior» 2020 in private apartment category.
Andrew Martin Designer of the Year
This is one of the most prestigious international awards, the ‘Oscar’ of the interior design world. Projects by Oleg Klodt were selected by the jury, and published in the Andrew Martin Design Review (Vol 21).
The SBID International Design Awards
This award is presented by the British Design Society and we was successfully shortlisted into the Residential Design Over £1M category for the SBID International Design Awards 2017.
European Property Awards
Our studio has won an award in the category of Interior Design Private Residence.
